He operates out of  Pune office and has over 16 years of professional experience in international and domestic payroll, HR, and compliance management. His functional expertise includes payroll, compliance management, HR operation implementation, business development, planning and monitoring SLS, and training and development. formulation and implementation of HR policies related to compensation, leave and attendance, expense reimbursements, etc.
