Nabin Ballodia

Nabin is a Partner and leader in tax and regulatory services practice for the North region. He operates out of the New Delhi office and has over 25 years of experience in assisting clients on various facets of tax and regulatory matters, including inbound and outbound investment structuring, tax litigation, exchange control matters, and advisory matters. ​

He is a Chartered Accountant, a Cost Accountant, a Company Secretary, and a Bachelor of Law. He has worked extensively for clients in the energy and natural resources sectors as well as the education and not-for sectors. He has also worked extensively on complex issues involving the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act as well as tax laws.
