Role & responsibilities: 
    • Assisting in advisory engagements ranging from business model optimization, legal matters, TP methodologies, business restructuring, cost allocations etc.
    • Assisting in various phases of Advance Pricing Agreement program including coordination and Liaoning with the client and APA authorities
    • Preparation of transfer pricing reports to be maintained as contemporaneous documentation.
    • Preparation and filing of accountant's report in Form 3CEB stating the cross-border transactions.
    • Conducting benchmarking studies using Indian / foreign databases.
    • Drafting of submissions, appeals, etc. to be filed with the respective tax authorities.
    • Assisting in representing seniors / counselling clients before the ITAT & HC.
    • Representing clients before the tax authorities and appellate bodies.
    • Assisting in compliance and advisory arising from BEPS initiative.
    • Research and analysis of the transfer pricing technical points from the litigation standpoint.
    • Effective project management, client management and time management.
    • Preparation of presentations for knowledge building, training programs and eminence building activities.
    • Knowledge sharing and imparting training to team members and team building exercises.
