Core role & responsibilities:
•Lead day to day execution of the transaction
•Assist in the planning and marketing of the client mandates
•Prepare confidential information memorandum, financial models, management presentations and presentations related to execution of the transactions
•Developing, analyzing, and explaining historical and projected financial information
•Valuation of businesses and companies
•Prepare and assist in the preparation of marketing pitches and presentations for business development
•Build relationship and maintain direct contact with current clients, prospective clients and professional advisors
•Mentorship and training of junior team members
•Perform other administrative management duties as required by the firm
