Experience 

At least 8 years of relevant experience.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Business Administration, or relevant educational or professional experience

 

     Roles & Responsibility:
    1. Experienced in defining digital customer journeys, mapping business processes and documenting BRD/SRS/BDD
    2. Experience in one or more industries (Manufacturing, Retail, FS); good understanding of business architecture of different industries
    3. Must have worked on requirements definition for digital technology projects; must have good understanding of data concepts
    4. Should have good understanding of SDLC and different delivery models (Agile, Iterative etc.)
    5. Experience with India market clients is a plus
    6. Excellent communication, soft skills and MS Office knowledge
    7. Post pandemic, must be willing to travel on short/long term basis
