The India Energy Forum entrusted BDO India LLP with the mandate to prepare a comprehensive theme paper titled ‘Towards Net Zero Compliant Power Sector for Developed India’ as part of the Viksit Bharat@2047 initiative. This paper presents a strategic roadmap for aligning India’s power sector with the nation's ambitious goal of achieving net-zero emissions by 2070, while also supporting its developmental aspirations to become a developed nation by 2047.
