Akhilesh Pandey

Akhilesh is a partner with the Deal Advisory Services practice, with a focus on financial due diligence. He is based out of the Mumbai office and has 18 years of experience, primarily in business advisory and transaction service assignments. He has provided services across the deal continuum, though he has mainly focused on due diligence reviews. 

Before joining BDO India, Akhilesh was an associate director with one of the larger accounting firms for 5 years in financial due diligence services. Akhilesh also had a short stint with other larger accounting firms in due diligence services and forensic services. 

Akhilesh has experience serving both private equity and corporate clients and has demonstrated an in-depth understanding of the keys to successfully serving the sophisticated requirements of private equity and corporate clients. Akhilesh has worked on over 350+ due diligence transactions and has been engaged on some of the key deals in India.
