Munjal heads up the firm’s transfer pricing service line. He advises a portfolio of multinational companies across sectors. This includes assisting companies in designing business and operating models, preparing pricing policies, preparing transfer pricing defence documentation, preparing transfer pricing litigation, and assisting companies through advance pricing agreements and mutual agreement procedures. 

Munjal is a qualified Chartered Accountant from India with more than 25 years of experience in the accounting and consulting world, primarily in transfer pricing. 

Prior to joining BDO India, he worked with two of the larger accounting firms and has diverse experience in transfer pricing, catering to clients primarily in the technology, IT/ITES, FMCG, pharma, media, auto-ancillary, and manufacturing sectors. 

Munjal regularly presents transfer pricing matters at prestigious events in India. Munjal has also authored numerous articles that have been published in leading tax journals and business newspapers.
