Yogesh Sharma

Yogesh is the Deputy Managing Partner of BDO in India, with over 27 years of domestic and international experience in financial statement audits, accounting advisory, and cross-border offering services. He plays a key role in managing the firm's assurance, tax, and advisory practices, making governance decisions, and ensuring quality across engagements.
 
Specialising in audit and technical accounting services for both attest and non-attest clients, he has held various roles in the India and US offices of large accounting firms. Additionally, he has been an instructor and facilitator for IFRS and US GAAP topics, conducting workshops for ICAI, ICWAI, CCH, D&B, and other professional organisations.
 
Yogesh has also contributed to thought leadership, authoring a publication on the JOBS Act and co-authoring *Hedging Made Simple*, a book on hedge accounting published by CCH.
