Overview
Our implementation of a centralised service model for Finance SSC is customised to how the client is organised – all work can be centrally carried out by the India team with the bulk of the work being carried out at the client’s office/ shared service centre in India. While our audit work relating to controls and substantive testing is carried out in accordance with ISA, the accounting framework can be IFRS/ US GAAP. Our team will include IFRS/ US GAAP experts. We liaise with in-country experts to carry out the audit as per respective local country GAAP as necessary.
