Overview

The scope of regulations is wide and there is a lot of change management to be handled. BDO India has the capability to handle any special projects. Listed below are a few examples:

a)    XBRL reporting

This is a specific reporting format for financial statements. We have extensive experience in handling XBRL across listed, unlisted, and private companies.

b)    Registrations and licenses

Every business has various licensing needs and BDO India can handle registrations, licenses, modifications and surrender in a cost-effective manner. We advise on licensing requirements in multiple jurisdictions and states in a timely manner.

c)    Compounding and condonations of delays

We handle complex assignments of default to be made good by the company and obtain requisite permissions/ approvals from the authorities. We provide end-to-end support in this area.

d)    Significant beneficial owner reporting

We assist in identification of SBO and report with authorities, as well as handle changes in SBO.

e)    Strike off/ winding up of India entity, dormancy, conversion of the entity from one structure to another

We perform evaluation of a suitable closure/ change option, and assist with end-to-end process of closure options or making change to entity structure.
