Overview

The monthly payroll activity commences with the receipt of data input of new joinees, resignees and any change in the salary data. The monthly payroll activity consists of multiple checks and variance analysis to ensure the payroll run is accurate and is released as per the agreed cut-off date. Some of the activities done during the payroll run are:

  • Validating and updating the investment declaration
  • Withholding tax calculations
  • Salary reimbursements
  • Full and final settlements
  • Generation of statutory reports
  • Salary register/ JV
  • Bank file
  • Monthly payslip and Form-16 (annually)
